Scenarios eligible for return

Fabanza will put its best efforts for a fulfilling customer experience. However, there may be possiblities that the product doesn’t compliment the expectations. Products are liable to be returned and/or exchanged under the circumstances mentioned below:

  1. Received a defective product
  2. Mismatch with the selected design/pattern/colour
  3. Incorrect size

Availability of contact details and feedback report interface

Any complaint with respect to the product or dissatisfaction can be reported on a feedback form that would be made available on the website, providing the necessary details of the problem and customer’s contact information. Our staff will eventually reach out within 48 hours.


Customer can directly approach us through the contacts mentioned on the website or by sending an e-mail specifying the following details:

  1. Order Number
  2. Name
  3. Address
  4. Contact Details
  5. Reason
  6. Whether the customer wants refund or exchange

Terms and conditions for product’s pristine maintainance

  1. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition i.e. it should be unused, with no additional marks or damage.
  2. Item needs to have the product tags attached.
  3. Customer has to take care to retain the packaging.
  4. Complaint must be registered within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  5. Returns would not be possible for Customized/Stitched products. Though, alteration facilities may be provided.*

How will the return process work?

After the complaint gets approved, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming a return authorization. In case needed, we may request you for a digital picture of the item for our internal review to be able to process your request.

Note: Kindly do not ship the product before request approval.

Guidelines for shipping:

  1. Items must be returned to us for refund or exchange within 72 hours of receipt.
  2. Enclose the returnable item in a sealed package with clear details.
  3. Customers can either deliver/courier the item to our local office address or directly ship it back to us, as per their convenience.
  4. Local as well as main office addresses are mentioned on our website.
  5. It is advisable to send the items to us through a reputed courier service.
  6. Management will not be responsible for the items until it is received by us or for the goods damaged in transit.
  7. As a policy, our team shall examine the products on return and identify the defects/variation as indicated by you.
  8. Refund/Exchange will then be processed accordingly.

Proposed solutions post reciept of returned product

We will duly acknowledge the issue and you would always be welcome to decide which option is suitable:

  1. Product replacement will be offered within the range of actual cost.
  2. Refund for order value - For orders placed using online transfer or credit card/debit card as a method of payment, refunds will be processed and credited back to the customer’s account /card, which was used to pay the original order, without any deductions.
  3. Alterations can be done in case of made to order products only. You can contact the customer care service in this regard.

Timeline for return and exchange/refund

We will take action on your parcel as soon as we receive the goods and process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. In some cases this may take more than 2 weeks, so we would be grateful if you could bear with us.

We will send you a refund receipt or gift coupon after it is processed. Gift coupon can be used within a month to buy any other product in our website. If you have requested for a replacement of your product with an item of higher value, any difference due will be charged and you will get a payment link through which, you can make the balance payment. Exact time taken for transit would depend on the nature of the product and your location.
